The Co-op Centre is Officially Open!

Meadow Lake, SK – June 24, 2025

We were thrilled to celebrate a historic milestone with you on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Co-op Centre. This event marked the realization of our collective vision and the beginning of a new era for recreation in our region.

A Landmark Moment

Following the celebration, we officially opened the doors to the public on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. A highlight of the occasion was the sealing of the Meadow Lake Time Capsule, which will be preserved for 50 years to be opened by future generations in 2075.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of the Co-op Centre with us! This facility is a reality thanks to the generous support of the federal and provincial governments through the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP), and the incredible heart of our donors who supported the Co-op Community Builder Campaign. We are so proud to share this moment with all of you.
