Design the Winter Games Medals

Make your mark on the 2026 Saskatchewan Winter Games!

We're inviting community members from Flying Dust First Nation and the City of Meadow Lake to help us design the medals that more than 1,500 athletes will strive to earn at the 2026 Saskatchewan Winter Games next February!

  • Contest dates: February 10 - March 31, 2025
  • Submission criteria: We are looking for a design that best encompasses the partnership between Flying Dust First Nation and the City of Meadow Lake. The 'Running S' symbol, as shown in the medal design template, must be incorporated in the design.
  • Who can enter? Any Flying Dust First Nation or City of Meadow Lake community member.
  • The winner will receive: Special recognition at the Games Opening Ceremonies; a commemorative medal set; and a Games Prize Pack
  • How to submit your design:
    • Email your design to Games Manager Brittani Dunsing at bdunsing@saskgames.ca
    • Drop your design off in person to either the Flying Dust Band Office or Meadow Lake City Hall

The winner will be selected by a panel of judges from the Host Organizing Committee.
